Our experience with Brandy and East Valley K-9 Services was better than we could
...'ve imagined. We are snow birds that have a golden retriever puppy, and no clue as to how to train him. He was 10 weeks old when we started with Brandy. (He is now 14 weeks) I noticed a difference in him after 1 private lesson. We wanted to put in him in puppy class too, but because we are snow birds the timing of the classes didn't work, so she arranged it so we could join a class already in session, and then continue when the new session started so we didn't miss any instruction before we left for our home state.We wanted to continue with training when we returned to our home state, so she made about a 100 phone calls to trainers in Oregon until she found one that she thought would be good for our pup. Who does that?!? To say that she goes above and beyond is the biggest understatement ever!!!!She truly loves the dogs she trains, and explains how to handle their behavior to their human parents in a way that even I can understand. She has been a huge blessing to our family. You need to run, not walk to your phone to give her a call and set up training for your fur baby. I can't say enough how grateful we are that we found her. On a scale of 1 - 10... SHE IS A 15!
