What makes our
Homestyle Dog Boarding different?

You do NOT pay extra for meds, hugs, snuggles, or playtime & exercise.
Your dog gets real exercise & activity every day.
Your dog gets out 5 – 6 times a day (that’s almost 3 times more than a traditional facility!)
You get a daily text update with pic…and its free of charge.
You can feel great knowing your dog is not stressed out with other dogs barking and pacing.
Homestyle environment complete with couch, TV, and bedding (again, at no charge).
A much calmer environment than a traditional facility.
Small scale: We only have 10 spaces so we can give EVERY dog personalized one on one care.
We board young puppies and they stay in the trainers home to ensure the specialized care youngsters need.

Exclusive: We are not able to keep dogs that nuisance bark or have aggression issues.

This helps to ensure all dogs in our care experience a calm environment.
– We welcome young puppies, in fact, we love it when we get youngsters. Our environment helps to set puppies up with the best possible experiences when their owners can’t be with them. We also ensure puppies stay on potty and feeding schedules as well as practice good manners. -We offer a Boost Your Boarding Stay that includes an enrichment activity and a skill-builder session each day..

Policy For In house Services:

Dog Boarding & Daycare stays require a 50% deposit to book your spot. Deposits are refundable up to 7 days before your stay. Stays that are cancelled and or booked within 7 days of the actual stay are NOT REFUNDABLE. Meet and greet will be required for all new boarding and daycare clients. Meet and greet is a minimum 4 hours of daycare and costs $25.00. This allows us to assess your dog and ensure they are the right fit for our environment.

Homestyle Puppy Boarding

Puppies stay in the trainers home area so they have constant supervision and over night let outs as needed.
Puppy Boarding stays require a 50% deposit to book your spot. Deposits are refundable up to 7 days before your stay. Stays that are cancelled and or booked within 7 days of the actual stay are NOT REFUNDABLE.

Meet and greet will be required for all new dog boarding and daycare clients.

Puppy Starter Camp

Your dog lives and trains with us in our homes. While your dog is with us, we work a customized plan specific to their needs.

Puppy Starter Camp is a 15-day dog boarding program. Puppies stay Monday through Friday and then go home on Saturday and Sunday so that owners can have that precious bonding time and most importantly to be able to practice all the skills learned in the prior week. During camp we work on crate training , potty training, basic shaping, manner and socialization.

Skills & Manners Camp

Skills & Manners Camp is a 30 day program that is based off the 10 Canine Good Citizen criteria. We also include training that is specific to your dog, their needs and your goals as an owner.

This program includes a weekly half hour private session and group training class.

A meet and greet is required for this service.

We’ve been using East Valley K9 services since the end of October 2025 (now almost February 2026).

In that time our puppy has:
-Completed 2 rounds of board and train puppy camp (3 weeks each) starting at 11 weeks of age to now 5 months old.
-Been boarded while out of town.
-Worked in obedience & socialization class.
-Been a consistent day care attendant.

Our puppy is a herding dog mix from the shelter and from the very beginning has been an extremely fearful and easily overstimulated dog. Her time at with the East Valley family has been so paramount in raising her as she had/has numerous challenges to overcome beyond being a baby in a big world. We truly could not have survived this journey without East Valley K9 as they have been not only incredibly knowledgeable and supportive, but also a very necessary safe and patient space for our puppy as she’s grown. This includes with boarding as they put her safety and comfort first always and that means so much. Not only has our puppy learned so much but so have we and we’re so grateful! We would absolutely 100% recommend any of East Valley K9’s services and say that you and your dog are in great hands.

Aly was wonderful with our pup Piper. We did a pre-puppy meeting, an in home meeting and puppy socialization classes. Piper can’t wait to take the next steps with East Valley K9!

Teddie and Georgie recently had an extended stay. I was nervous about leaving them for so long. EVK9 answered all my questions patiently, allowed me to have them come in for some day care stays prior and sent a text message and picture during our trip daily. Thank you Brandy and team for taking such good care of our little boys.

Brandy has an excellent boarding and training facility in Mesa. Both Brandy and Ally really care for the dogs in their care - either training, boarding, or agility classes which are fun… Axel approved! To try and keep Axel stimulated while the weather is so crazy hot and his time outside Is limited - 118f/48c yesterday - we’ve been taking him to East Valley K-9 Services on Monday evenings. Her inside training and trick classes are good fun for all of us!

Took our 3-months old puppy, George, to training classes- and the Team knocked it out of the park 🐾🎯

We recently started training classes with our 3-month-old puppy, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. From day one, Brandi and the team were incredibly patient, professional and full of positive energy. They knew exactly how to work with such a young pup-focusing on basic commands, socialization, and building confidence in a gentle and fun way.

Our puppy responded so well to their methods and absolutely loved the sessions. Brandi took the time to explain everything to us too, giving us the tools to continue practicing at home. It’s amazing to see how much progress a puppy can make in just a few weeks.

Huge thanks to Brandi and her entire team - you really knocked it out of the park. We’re excited to keep going and see how far George can go!
