At East Valley K9 Services we take a flexible, open approach creating a custom program to meet the unique needs and goals of each client and their dog because every family is different and all dogs have their own personalities. Training and puppy socialization should be a fun and rewarding experience for both the human and the pup!
Our goal is to help owners prevent negative behavior whenever possible. We use a healthy balance of positive reinforcement and play based learning combined with proper correction. We also help clients with dogs that have already developed negative behavior such as aggression, lunging and pulling on leash, and resource guarding. We are so excited to work with you and your dog to ensure that your lives together are happy, healthy and rewarding!
Brandy is a professional dog trainer working with dogs since 2014. She has varied experience and has trained dogs in obedience, agility and fly-ball, but her passion lies in puppy training!
She loves training puppies during the critical learning stage in order to ensure that they are well-mannered and adjusted for the rest of their lives.
Brandy also does therapy work with local organizations and enjoys helping other teams prepare to go out into the community.
Steve has been training dogs professionally since 2013. Helping clients that are struggling with aggressive or out-of-control dogs gives him the greatest sense of satisfaction. Steve says, “I work with clients that are sometimes at their wits end and don't know what to do or where to turn. When I give a client the skills they need to gain control so that they can enjoy their dog rather than constantly struggle to just make it through the day…there's no better feeling.”
